4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour

1 cup melted shortening and 8 tbsp. cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt, and flour. Add melted shortening and coca.

Drop by tsp. or tbsp. depending on how big you want your cookies. Bake for 2 minutes or less depending on how hot your waffle iron gets.

Cool and frost with your favorite chocolate or white frosting.
