2 eggs, beaten
3 T sugar
2 T white vinegar
1 large cream cheese
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 -1 green pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Put the eggs, sugar, and vinegar in saucepan and cook over low heat until thick.

Put cream cheese in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and put 1 T of butter in too. Add thickened mixture and mix well.

Then add onions and green pepper.

Serve with cut up fresh vegetables.
