4 cups rhubarb, diced
1 cup sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 recipe white or yellow cake mix

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan and put rhubarb in the bottom. Sprinkle sugar, jello, and marshmallows over the top. Make up cake mix and pour over top. Bake 50-55 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping, if desired.
