Directions:
Prepare and bake cake mix according to directions for two greased and waxed paper lined 9 inch cake pans. Cool for 10 minutes before removing cakes to racks to cool completely. Level tops of cakes. Spread frosting between layers and over tops and sides of cakes. Without separating Peeps and curving slightly to fit, arrange chicks around edge of cake, (beaks facing inward); for sunflower petals. Arrange chocolate chips in center of top of cake; point upward.

This makes a neat looking cake anytime; but probably best at Easter when Peeps are readily available. Kids love it.
