Fish fillets (firm fish is best)
1 pkt brown or white onion soup
1 punnet sliced mushrooms
250 ml sour cream
1 c. grated cheese
100 ml milk
1 lemon
Mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Place fish in oven proof dish, spread with mustard and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Add mushrooms.
Mix together rest of ingredients and pour over fish.
Sprinkle extra grated cheese over mixture and bake 180º until cooked -about 30 mins... This depends on amount of fish used.
