1 whole tenderloin
butter
salt and pepper
Au Jus:
1/4 c green onion chopped
2 T butter, softened
2 T soy sauce
1 t Dijon style mustard
Fresh pepper
3/4 cup sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Spread tenderloin with garlic and butter, salt and pepper. Preheat oven on broil. Broil with door open 7 minutes on one side. Turn and broil 5 min on the other side. Turn off oven, close door and let stand for 10 minutes. Perfect for rare. Increase broil time by 2 min. each side for med-rare. Saute onions in butter, add remaining ingredients. Simmer until slightly reduced.
