3/4 c olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tomato, peeled and chopped
1 tsp tomato paste
1 lb fresh green beans
2 tsp parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic and onion in olive oil until soft. Add tomato and tomato paste. Simmer until sauce thickens. Add beans, parsley, salt and pepper. Add enough water to just cover the beans, and cook until beans are tender.
