1/2 c peanut butter
1 c butterscotch chips
2 c La Choy chow mein noodles
1/2 c Spanish peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the peanut butter and butterscotch chips on 50% power in microwave for 3-5 minutes. Stir, then add noodles and peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let them harden and then eat 'em all up!

*I like to go lighter on the peanut butter and heavier on the noodles, but that's just me. The peanut butter definitely makes it easier to work with.
