24 slices of baguette, 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick
2 T olive oil
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
2 T chopped fresh chives
2-4 T drained capers
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 lb thinly sliced cooked roast beef
2-4 Italian plum tomatoes, cut thinly into slices
chopped fresh chives for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place bread on an ungreased cookie sheet, brush with oil and bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp. Cool.

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, cheese, 2 T chives and garlic powder. Mix well. Spread mixture on bread slices, top with tomatoes and then roast beef. Garnish with chives.
