4 pork cutlets
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 thin slices ham
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper taste
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place one slice cheese and ham on each cutlet. Roll up, sealing edges with toothpicks. Brown in the melted butter. Remove to a baking dish; reserving drippings. Bake cutlets at 325º for 20-30 minutes or till tender.

To make the sauce: Stir flour, salt and pepper into drippings. Heat and stirring till smooth. Add milk and stir until thickened. Serve with cutlets.
