S'mores Brownies Recipe

6 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
pinch fine salt
1 stick unsalted butter
4 oz. unsweetened choc. chopped
1 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. fine salt
4 large cold eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
4 cups large marshmallows

Position rack in lower 1/3 of oven. Preheat to 325. Line an 8x8 square baking pan with foil so it hangs over edges by 1". Crust: Butter foil with melted butter. Stir rest of butter with crumbs, sugar and salt. Press mixture in bottom of pan. Bake about 20 min. Brownie: Put butter and chocolate in microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 min. Stir and heat again until completely melted. Stir brown and white sugar, vanilla and salt into chocolate. Add eggs and beat vigorously to make thick glossy batter. Add flour and stir until just incorporated. Pour batter into pan, bake until toothpick comes out mostly clean. 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven and position rack into top. Layer marshmallows and toast under broiler until golden about 2 min. Cool on a rack. Gently remove from pan. Separate marshmallow from foil and fold away.
