1 roll (16.5oz.) Pillsbury Create'nBake Sugar cookies
1 bag (12oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
3 cups chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 Jar Smuckers Caramel ice cream topping (12.25oz.)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Heat oven to 350º. Press cookie dough into bottom of ungreased glass 13x9 pan. Sprinkle 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 1/2 cups pecans over dough; lightly press into dough. Set aside. In 2qt. saucepan melt butter, over med heat. Stir in brown sugar, caramel and graham cracker crumbs. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Pour into pan, spread evenly. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips and pecans. Bake 25-32 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown and pecans are lightly toasted. Cool on rack 30 min. loosen sides from pan, but do not cut. Cool completely, about 3 hours then cut into bars.
