unsweetened cocoa
8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly coat 9 in. pie plate and dust with cocoa. Melt chopped choc. and marg. in heavy saucepan over low, stirring constantly, 3-5min. whisk in 3/4 cup sugar, whisking until blended. Whisk together eggs, vanilla in large bowl. Gradually whisk in choc mixture, whisking until blended. Pour into prepared pie plate. Bake for 30 min. until edges are dry and center is set. Cool in pieplate on wire rack 30 min. Dust with 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar just before serving.
