2 pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
2 tbsp. honey
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 roll (16oz.) Pillsbury Create'nBake Peanut Butter Cookies
3/4 cup. Honey roasted Peanuts, chopped

Directions:
In large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter and honey with mixer on med. speed until smooth; add sugar; beat just until smooth. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Heat oven to 350º. Make cookies as directed on package. Cool completely. Spread 1/3 cup of cream cheese mixture on bottom of 1 cookie; top with another cookie, bottom side down. Press together slightly so cream cheese mixture just extends past edges of cookies. Roll edge in chopped nuts to generously coat. Serve immediately or store in single layer covered in refrigerator up to 4 hours.
