1 roll (16.5oz.) Pillsbury Create'nBake Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup + 2 tbsp. honey roasted peanuts, ground
Filling:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/3 cups confectioners sugar
Ganache:
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. heavy whipping cream

In large bowl, break up cookie dough, mix in 1 cup peanuts. Cover and refrigerate 30 min. Heat oven to 375º. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick spray. Shape dough into 36 balls. Place balls 2" apart on sheets, flatten to
