12 cream filled oreos
2 pkgs cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup semi sweet choc. chips
1 tsp. vegetable shortening
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Split cookies keep filling on 1 side of each cookie. Line a 12 muffin tin w/ foil baking liners. Place a filling covered cookie in each cup, filling side up. Set aside. In med bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Beat in eggs just until well mixed; spoon mixture into baking cups. Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Bake uncovered for 25 min. or until set. In a small saucepan melt chocolate with shortening over low heat, stirring frequently. Drizzle over bake cheesecakes, cover and chill.
