1 1/2 lbs salmon fillet(s)

T. lemon pepper
T. garlic powder
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. canola oil
corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Season salmon with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
Add soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil in a large resealable plastic bag - mix thoroughly. Add fish with the soy sauce mixture, seal, and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill for medium heat.
Lightly oil grill grate. Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

MARINADE TO SAUCE:
With remaining marinade create a rue with corn starch and marinade. In saucepan, whisk in rue with remaining marinade until thickened. Serve on the side or lightly drizzle over salmon.
