4 Cups cooked & cut up Chicken Breast
2 cans cream of chicken Soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1small carton sour cream
2 T. lemon juice
2 packages Ritz crackers(crushed fine)
1 onion finely chopped
2 sticks butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, sour cream and lemon juice. Set aside.
Melt butter in skillet. Add onions. Cook until tender and remove from heat. Add crackers and mix well.
Place cut up chicken in 9X13-inch pan. Pour soup mixture over chicken and top with cracker mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 25 minutes or until it bubbles and browns.
