1 lb ground turkey
2 T olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1 16 oz can of navy beans
1 16 oz can of black beans, drained
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 can chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 lime
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot.

Brown the turkey.

Add onion, celery, beans, tomato sauce, chicken broth, chili powder, and cayenne.

Simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. When serving, garnish with lime and a dollop of sour cream. Good over rice or with left over rice added. Even better the next day.
