4 medium salmon steaks
4 tsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. fresh or dried dill
lemon juice from 1 lemon (approx. 3 Tbsp.)
a dash of salt and pepper
4 thin slices lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, Worcestershire sauce, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
Place each steak on a heavy piece of foil large enough to wrap loosely around it. Place 1 Tbsp. of butter mixture on each steak and 1 lemon slice. Wrap up, sealing edges to prevent loss of juices. Place on a grill or in oven at 350º; cooking for 20-30 minutes depending on how thick the steaks are; approximately 30 minutes for a 1 1/2 inch thick steak. Do not turn.
