1 T. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water for dissolving gelatin
2 c. light cream or homogenized milk
2 egg yolks to which you add 1/4 cup sugar
2 egg whites beaten stiff - then add 6 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Scald the milk over hot water - add beaten egg yolks to which sugar has been added - and cook to soft custard over hot water (Custard is done when it coats a silver spoon) Put in gelatine (that is in water) and stir until dissolved.
Chill until it begins to thicken. Put in beaten egg whites and vanilla.
Put into baked pie shell. After it sets, put whipped cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
Serve and enjoy!
