Crust:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
2 Tbsp. sugar



Filling:

1 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
1/3 c. cream or whole milk
2 1/2 c. rhubarb, chopped



Topping:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes till light brown. Cool.
Combine all filling ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium heat several minutes till thickened and rhubarb is tender crisp. Pour over crust..
Mix topping ingredients till crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over top of filling. Bake 25-35 minutes till golden. Cool. Cut into bars.
