1 loaf Italian or French bread
olive oil
1 jar Roasted Red Pepper and Sun Dried Tomato dip
1 small can diced black olives
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 c motzarella cheese
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
3/4 c finely chopped prosciutto (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bread on the diagonal, spread with olive oil and bake in 400º oven for 8 min. or slightly toasted.
Combine all of the above ingredients except the Parmesan cheese. Top crostini with mixture and finish with parm cheese. Repace in oven for about 10 min., or until mixture is warm and cheese is melted.
