1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. jalapeño cherry or raspberry jelly
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place black beans in a small shallow baking dish. Bake at 350º for 8 minutes. Mix cream cheese and jelly together and spread carefully over beans. Sprinkle cheeses over all. Bake 6-8 minutes longer. Serve with tortilla chips.
