1 lb. ground beef, 1 small onion, 1/2 green pepper, 1/4 c. tomato sauce, 1/8 c. stuffed green olives, 1/8 c. ripe olives, 1/4 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese; one dozen dutch crunch rolls.

For many years, my Mom & Dad belonged to the "Pairs~n~Spares" square dancing club. I was surprised to find this simple recipe for "club sandwiches" in her prized cookbook. This must have been a hit at those Tuesday night dances & I think they served up these potluck sandwiches many times throughout the 1960's.
