Cut up frier chicken, salt, pepper, butter, honey, white wine, garlic, soy sauce.

Place cut up chicken in shallow pan skin side up. Salt and pepper. Mix together a cube or 2 T. melted butter, 1 T. honey, 1/2 c. white wine or cooking sauterne, 2 cloves minced garlic and 2 or 3 drops of soy sauce. Baste chicken about every 15 mins. Bake at 325 º for 1hr. 15mins.

Mom noted that this recipe came from her next door neighbor Joan Knoblaugh whose three kids I babysat for whenever they all went out for the night. The name of the dish says it all.
