Cut up frier chicken, salt, pepper, butter, honey, white wine, garlic, soy sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Place cut up chicken in shallow pan skin side up. Salt and pepper. Mix together a cube or 2 T. melted butter, 1 T. honey, 1/2 c. white wine or cooking sauterne, 2 cloves minced garlic and 2 or 3 drops of soy sauce. Baste chicken about every 15 mins. Bake at 325 for 1hr. 15mins.

Mom noted that this recipe came from her next door neighbor Joan Knoblaugh whose three kids I babysat for whenever they all went out for the night. The name of the dish says it all.
