1 or 2 gal. of bread crumbs (get ready night before); 1 cubed onion partially cooked in two cups water, 1 pt. milk heated well & water off onion enough to moisten crumbs well. 1 stick of chopped celery, 3 eggs beaten, 1 tsp. sage, salt to taste & mix well.

Salt inside of turkey and stuff well. Sew-up incision well & roast.

This accompanied the giblet gravy recipe that came from Mim as well, and had been prepared by my Mom every Thanksgiving. She referred to those recipes as coming from her "Mom."
