Desired number of 1/2" thick chops
Kitchen Bouquet
Poultry seasoning
Sage
Spike
Salt & Pepper
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in large skillet on both sides until golden. Add hot water to the skillet to just cover chops, spices and Kitchen Bouquet. Simmer for 30 minutes, making sure to not boil out all the water. In a coffee cup mix about 1/4 C flour with about 1/3 C water to make a paste. Remove chops from skillet and slowly add paste to chop water, stirring constantly and bringing back to simmer until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste. Return chops to skillet to heat and then serve, passing the gravy in a server.
