1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup packed parsley or cilantro (can do 1/4 of each)
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoons ground cumin
1 to 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Blend first 5 ingredients in food processor or blender. Add sesame oil and blend.

Cover and chill in refrigerator. Will keep for 3-4 days.
