2 c flour (sifted)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c butter flavor Crisco
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 large bananas ( smashed)
1 c pecans (chopped)

Directions:

Sift together top 7 dry ingredients. Add eggs, vanilla and bananas and blend well. Fold in chopped pecans. Pour into a (9X5X2) greased loaf pan and bake at 350º for 1 hour or until a tooth pick comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
