2 large heads of Cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 Onions, chopped fine
Salt and Pepper
3/4 C. of Sugar
1 tsp. Celery Seed
1 tsp. Prepared Mustard
1 1/2 c. Vinegar
1 C. Salad Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle the salt and pepper over shredded cabbage and onion. Let set a while. (Taste to see if need more seasoning). Bring the sugar, celery seed, mustard and vinegar to a boil. Boil 1 minute, NOW add salad oil and mix.

Pour this over the cabbage-onion mixture and put in a covered container. Put in refrigerator for 24 hours.

This will keep crisp for days.
