1 C Sour Cream
2 Tsp Sugar
2 Tsp Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
2 TBS Horseradish
4 TBS Lemon Juice
1 Minced Onion
2 Large Cucumbers (We always use English Cukes, but any type will do)
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and let stand on the counter for at least 1/2 hr prior to serving. If you don't enjoy horseradish, you may leave out this out, and reduce the amount of Lemon Juice by 1/2.
