1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. cold water
pinch of salt
2 T. flour
2 T. cornstartch, mix with a little water
4 egg yolks
6 T. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar & water a little, add flour, salt & cornstarch - cook, add egg yolks - cook, remove from heat, add butter & lemon juice. Put in baked crust. Top with egg whites. Bake 350º until tip is lightly browned.
