1 to 3 T. of mayonaise
add 1 small chopped onion
2 or 3 sprays of parsley
just the tips chopped fine
1 small dill pickle chopped
fine 1 T. lemon juice 1 T. Lee & Perin Sauce salt & pepper to taste

No directions noted but I'd say to combine all ingredients together and serve. That "Worcestershire" sauce has been used for cooking for some time now!
