1 box of powdered sugar (10X)
1/2 cup cocoa (Hershey's brand)
1/4 cup, whole milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 stick of margarine
chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients, except the margarine, into a microwaveable bowl and mix well. Cut the margarine into 3 large sections and place on top of the mixture. Place in microwave, and cover with waxed paper. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Thoroughly mix ingredients, and spread into a greased 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 microwavable dish. Let cook and refrigerate.
