1 log of fresh, Italian mozzarella cheese
-about 10-12 cherry tomatoes
-fresh or dry basil
-olive oil (3-4 tbsps)
-French bread (or crackers)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the mozzarella cheese in small squares
2. Cut the tomatoes in halves (or thirds if too big)
3. Cut basil (if fresh) in small pieces
4. Cut the bread in small round pieces and toast in oven
5. Mix cheese, tomatoes, basil and olive oil and place small amounts on bread pieces
