2 cups self-rising cornmeal
1/2 cup self rising flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon sweet basil
1 large egg beaten
1 1/4 cups milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients first in a large bow, then add egg, milk and oil. Stir well
Spoon into a well greased pan 13 x 9 x 2 pan
Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
