1 box lime jello
2 c. liquid
1 small pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 small can chunk pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese and jello and work together into smooth cream. Add one cup hot water and stir until jello is dissolved, then add enough water to the drained pineapple juice to make one cup and add to mixture. Cool this until just beginning to set, then stir in the nuts and pineapple chunks. Put in mold.

I remember Mom making this jello salad and it's many variations during the holidays, and I put the recipe in this category because it was always served as a salad side dish.
