1 14oz can of artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
1 10 oz package of frozen spinach, defrosted/drained (or you can use 10 oz fresh spinach, cut up and steamed down)
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of grated cheese
1 clove of garlic minced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together chopped artichoke hearts, garlic, mayo, and grated cheese, add spinach last. Pour into a 9 inch pie plate and bake at 350° for 20 - 25 minutes, until brown on top. Serve with crackers.
