Tex Mex Dip Recipe

3 Medium ripe avocado
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

1 package taco seasoning mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo

2 cans (10 1/2 oz) bean dip w/ jalapeņo OR refried beans
1 large. bunch of scallions (1 cup) chopped thin
3 medium tomatoes cut up w/ out seeds & juice (2 cups)
2 cans (3 1/2 oz.) pitted black olives chopped or sliced
Shredded cheddar
Tortilla chips

1. Peel pit, and mash avocados w/ lemon juice salt & pepper
2. In another bowl, combine taco seasoning, sour cream, and mayo.
To Assemble:
Spread bean dip or refried beans on a platter.
