6 egg whites
3/4 tsp cream of tartar
2 C sugar
2 C saltine cracker crumbs
1 C chopped nuts
2 tsp vanilla
large Cool Whip
cherry pie filling
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and sugar 'til stiff and fold in cracker crumbs, nuts and vanilla. Bake in 9"x13" pan for 25 minutes and let cool. Top with Cool Whip and cherries!
