1 loaf day old french bread
8 oz cream cheese
12 eggs
1/2 c maple syrup
1 cup milk

Grease with butter a 9X13 pan. Cube bread, then layer: cheese and bread in pan. Mix eggs, syrup and milk together. Pour on top of mixture. Bake at 350º
