3/4 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. tomatoes, peeled & chopped
2 c. zucchini, chopped
1 c. fresh cut corn
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute green pepper and onions in butter till tender. Stir in vegetables, salt and pepper. Cover and cook over medium/low heat about 15-20 minutes till tender. Place in serving bowl and sprinkle with bacon.
