4 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 diced onion
2 green peppers, diced
2 juiced limes
3 15-oz cans Great Northern beans
2 15-oz cans hominy (in the veggie section)
2 15-oz cans diced tomatoes
2 1/2 c water
2 T McCormick Sante Fe seasoning blend (or a mix of chili powder, cumin and garlic)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
16 oz sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken in olive oil. Add onion and green peppers, cook until soft. Add other ingredients except sour cream and cook for 45 mins. Add sour cream before serving and heat through.

Table prep toppings - quartered limes, fresh cilantro, tortilla chips and shredded cheese
