6 eggs
3 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
1 1/2 qt. cream
3 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and salt until creamy using a mixer or blender; add milk. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. DO NOT OVERCOOK. If lumps appear, then strain. Cool. Then pour custard into freezer container. Add cream, vanilla and additional milk to fill freezer 1-1/2 inch from the top. Freeze.
