6 oz. Linguine, cooked
1 small jar of Artichoke Hearts, drained (about 1/2 Cup)
1 Garlic clove, diced up
Olive Oil (to generously coat bottom of saute pan)
pinch of Salt, Pepper, and Red Pepper flakes
Parmesan Cheese to top

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients (except Pasta) to saute pan, heat up on medium high flame till sizzling.
Plate Pasta, and pour sauce over, top with Parmesan Cheese.
