1 pound pf sirlion steak cut into small pieces
1 can tomato juice
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder'
1 cup chopped celery
1 can corn drained
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup diced potatoes
1 can of green beans
shredd cabbage if desired

brown the sirlion steak in some oil in a skillet in a large stock pot add all the ingredients and mix well add the sirlion and cook on low heat till vegetables are done and tender serve with a crusty bread
