Meat Sauce
1/2 pound ground beef
32 oz. marinara sauce
1/2 cup dry vermouth
1/2 cup water
salt

Spinach Filling
1 package frozen chopped spinach, drained
8 oz. Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
salt and pepper

8 oz. package of lasagna noodles
12 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese

Meat Sauce
1. Brown meat, drain and add marinara, wine, and water.

Spinach Filling
1. Combine drained spinach with Ricotta and Parmesan cheese, eggs and salt and pepper in blender and blend until smooth.

In a 9 by 12 baking dish
1. Layer sauce, dry noodles, spinach filling, and grated Monterey Jack. Making 3 layers of each, and ending with a final layer of sauce on the top with a final layer of Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheese.
2. Cover and bake for one hour at 375 degrees.
