"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

2) Mix together:
250 ml Sour Cream
250 ml Miracle Whip
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
3) 2 Avocados mashed
4) 2-3 small tomatoes diced

Directions:
Directions:
Spread the refried beans on a larger tray so there is room around the outside of the dip to put the nachos. Layer each of the next ingredients topping it with the Tex Mex Cheese. Garnish in the middle of the dip with Jalapeņos & Olives.
NOTE: instead of Avocados I quite often use Salsa instead for that layer
This is great made the day before as all the flavors blend together nicely, or is great the next day, if there is any left !!!!
