1/2 cup margarine
17 oz. can cream corn
17 oz. can of whole corn with liquid
1 8 1/2 oz. box of Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs beaten
1 cup sour cream
salt and pepper
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
2. Combine corn, cornbread mix and mix with fork.
3. Add eggs and mix with fork.
4. Pour into pan, and drop sour cream in tbsp. drops in different areas on top of the corn mixture in dish and gently fold in.
5. Add salt, pepper, and sprinkle cheese on top.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until mixture is firm.
7. Cool slightly and cut into squares.
